Hampshire Eye Clinic Facilities

A World-Class Laser Suite in Hampshire

In 2018 Anderson Eye Care opened a permanent Zeiss laser suite at Nuffield Health Wessex Hospital, the first of its kind in the South of England. It lets us offer the latest vision-correction procedures, including SMILE and PRESBYOND alongside LASIK and LASEK (also known as ASA), all from a single Hampshire location. The same suite supports advanced therapeutic treatments such as topography-guided laser and ICR surgery for conditions like keratoconus. Facilities of this standard exist at only a handful of sites across the UK.

Our laser facility sits within Nuffield Hospital Wessex which consistently wins accolades for safety and quality:

Cataract and intra-ocular surgery can be carried out as a day case or in-patient stay, and if both eyes need treating we can schedule the procedures a few days apart, so you can choose to travel home between them or stay locally for both. There is no medical restriction on flying straight after cataract surgery or laser vision correction.
